We are a second-generation family-owned business. Kenneth W. Pierce, CPA opened his firm at this location in the late 90's. He developed strong, positive reputation for doing excellent work for a reasonable price. He then trained his son, Philip E. Pierce, CPA, to follow his methods of servicing their clients. Kenneth passed the business on to Philip on June 1, 2022.

Philip worked part time for Kenneth during most of high school and college. He received his degree in Business Administration, majoring in accounting, from Southeast Missouri State University in 2017. He worked full-time as the Controller of a not-for-profit organization from 2016 through 2019. Philip became a licensed CPA in January of 2020. He also joined Kenneth’s practice as a full-time staff accountant at that time.
Philip purchased his firm from his father on 6/1/22 and he is excited to continue what his father had started in Fredericktown many years ago.
Philip, his wife Katie, and son Hudson, enjoy spending their free time camping, on the lake, exercising, playing golf, and attending church.

Jennifer graduated Fredericktown High School in 1998 and received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Central Methodist University in 2004. Jennifer has worked in public accounting since that time.
Jennifer joined the firm in 2024 and is looking forward to working in the community and using her experience to assist clients with their tax and accounting needs.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family and pets.
Caleb Sarakas
Staff Accountant
Caleb grew up and went to school in Fredericktown, Missouri. He is now completing his accounting degree at SEMO and is studying for the CPA exam. He is the treasurer for Beta Alpha Psi.
He looks forward to be soon working full-time in his local community and helping others with their tax and accounting needs. His favorite thing about accounting and taxes is getting into the details and ensuring everything is done right. He likes to work hard to bring about great results for our clients.
Outside of work he enjoys baseball, deer hunting, and golf.
Kenneth W. Pierce

Kenneth graduated from the University of Tennessee, Martin Tennessee location, with a degree in Business Administration majoring in accounting. After graduation he worked as an accountant for a juvenile court serves agency, and as the Trust Officer at the largest bank at the time in Jackson, Tennessee. He passed the CPA exam and received his license to practice in 1983 and has been self-employed since that time, providing services to business and fiduciary taxpayers.
Kenneth sold his firm to his son after 39+ total years of being in practice. He provided part-time services, as needed, for two years before completely retiring in Mid-2024.
Kenneth and his wife Judy have lived in southeast Missouri for almost 30 years and have 10 children and 17 grandchildren. They are active in their faith in Christ and enjoy cattle farming and gardening (most of the time.)
